Since 2012, the Surefire Group has grown exponentially by charting our path forward and committing to excellence.

2014 - Manayunk Brokerage Established

The core of our real estate business began with a single brokerage in Manayunk, PA.

2016 - Keystone State Abstract Established

Our first title branch was established in the Bellevue office.

2016 - Home|Front Mortgage Established

Home|Front Mortgage established in the Bellevue office.

2020 - Carebuilders at Home Franchise Established

In 2020, the business acquired and began operating our first Carebuilders at Home franchisee. From this point, the home healthcare subsidiary grew from one location and less than $10k in weekly revenue to five locations and more than $200k in weekly revenue.

2020 - Title Operations Expand Nationally

In 2019, our title operations made the jump for the first time to conducting business outside the state of Pennsylvania. This was our first experience operating a joint venture remotely and laid the groundwork to replicate what we had learned.

Corporate Expansion

In the last ten months of 2021, the company has hired five senior leaders in what has become the fastest period of managerial growth in the company’s history. This expansion of talent has laid the foundation for unbelievable future potential.
